Knife Duel Modifiers v1.0
Adjust knife duel challenge (easier or harder) parameters, independent of game difficulty.
OVERVIEW
Makes knife duels easier or harder, independent of the chosen game difficulty setting.
The affected parameters are incoming/outgoing damage, player/opponent stamina, dodge / perfect dodge / parry windows, and the phase transition / struggle QTE difficulty. Values are based on the corresponding vanilla game difficulty setting’s equivalent.
The Hard EX version of the mod increases values a step beyond Hard mode. Fully compatible with my other Mafia mod, Faster Stealth Takedowns.
INSTALLATION
– download preferred version of mod from the files tab
– create a ~mods folder in your local game directory’s Paks folder
– – if using Steam, this path can be found by right-clicking the game and selecting “Manage” → “Browse local files”
– – i.e., “…/steamapps/common/Mafia The Old Country/MafiaTheOldCountry/Content/Paks/~mods”
– extract the .pak, .utoc and .ucas files to the ~mods folder
To uninstall, simply delete the installed files from the ~mods folder.
