Changes time of day to the noon and weather to extra sunny without clouds Lightning preset made by game devs (Hangar 13).
Mod installation:
– Move files from the zip archive to Mafia The Old Country\MafiaTheOldCountry\Content\Paks\~mods
– Create ~mods folder if it doesn’t exist.
– Launch the game.
